Job summary

Stella Contracting, Inc is seeking a results-oriented Process Improvement Consultant (PIC6028-JX4) to join us on a full-time contract basis. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess operations, drive sustainable improvements, and deliver data-driven results across diverse industries.

The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years in process improvement or related fields, with Lean/Six Sigma credentials and strong analytical, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, industrial engineering, operations management or related field preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in process improvement, operations consulting, Lean/Six Sigma, or project management.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification or similar is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes and workflows to identify improvements, efficiency gains, and cost reductions.
• Gather and evaluate data through interviews, observations, and process mapping.
• Recommend practical solutions based on industry best practices and benchmarking.
• Design and implement process improvement initiatives with documentation, standardization, and training.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop action plans, set priorities, and monitor progress.
• Lead change management to drive adoption and lasting results across teams.
• Conduct workshops and training to build process improvement capabilities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and updates with clear recommendations and metrics.
• Continuously assess results and adjust to maintain optimal outcomes.
• Stay current with methodologies, technologies, and trends in process optimization.
