Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in process improvement, operations consulting, Lean/Six Sigma, or project management roles.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodology is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with process mapping, workflow analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience delivering presentations and facilitating workshops.
• Ability to lead cross-functional project teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Analyze current processes and workflows to identify improvements and cost reductions.
• Gather and evaluate data through interviews, observations, and process mapping.
• Recommend practical solutions based on industry best practices and benchmarking.
• Design and implement process improvement initiatives including documentation and training.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop action plans, set priorities, and monitor progress.
• Lead change management to drive adoption and lasting results.
• Conduct workshops and training to build process improvement capabilities.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and updates with clear recommendations and metrics.
• Continuously assess results and adjust to maintain optimal outcomes.
• Stay current with emerging methodologies, technologies, and trends in process optimization.
