Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in process improvement, operations consulting, Lean/Six Sigma, or project management roles.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodology is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with process mapping, workflow analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with experience delivering presentations and facilitating workshops.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes and workflows to identify improvement areas, efficiency gains, and cost reductions.
• Gather and evaluate data through interviews, observations, and process mapping.
• Recommend practical solutions based on industry best practices and benchmarking.
• Design and implement process improvements, including documentation, standardization, and training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop action plans, set priorities, and monitor progress.
• Lead change management efforts to drive adoption and lasting results.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to build process improvement capabilities.
• Prepare and present reports with clear recommendations and metrics.
• Continuously assess results and adjust to maintain optimal outcomes.
• Stay updated with emerging methodologies and trends in process optimization.
