Stella Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Process Improvement Consultant to join on a full-time contract basis. The role involves analyzing operations, identifying inefficiencies, and driving sustainable improvements across teams.

You will lead data-driven initiatives, design standard processes, and deliver measurable results while collaborating with stakeholders and leadership. The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in related fields, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in process mapping and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in process improvement, operations consulting, Lean/Six Sigma, or project management roles.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodology is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with process mapping, workflow analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting and facilitating workshops.
• Ability to lead cross-functional project teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results on time.
• Experience across diverse industries and complex environments.

Responsabilités

• Analyze current processes and workflows to identify improvements, efficiency gains, and cost reductions.
• Gather and evaluate data through interviews, observations, and process mapping.
• Recommend practical solutions based on industry best practices and benchmarking.
• Design and implement process improvement initiatives including documentation and training.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop action plans and monitor progress.
• Lead change management to drive adoption and lasting results across teams.
• Conduct workshops and training to build process improvement capabilities.
• Prepare reports and dashboards with clear recommendations and metrics.
• Continuously assess results and adjust to maintain optimal outcomes.
• Stay abreast of emerging methodologies and trends in process optimization.
