Stella Contracting, Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Process Improvement Consultant for a full-time contract role to collaborate with cross-functional teams, assess operations, and drive sustainable performance improvements.

You will analyze processes, map workflows, design and implement initiatives, lead change management, and present dashboards to leadership. Flexible with remote, hybrid, or on-site arrangements; annual rate $100,000–$165,000 depending on experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• 3-7 years of experience in process improvement, operations consulting, Lean/Six Sigma, or project management roles.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or related process improvement methodology is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with process mapping, workflow analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience delivering presentations and facilitating workshops.
• Ability to lead cross-functional project teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results on time.
• Experience working in diverse industries and navigating complex organizational environments.

• Gather and evaluate data through interviews, observations, and process mapping.
