Job summary

Stella Contracting, Inc is seeking a Process Improvement Consultant on a full-time contract basis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze operations, identify inefficiencies, and drive sustainable improvements that boost business performance.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple improvement initiatives with effective communication and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years in process improvement, operations consulting, Lean/Six Sigma or PM roles.
• Certification in Lean/Six Sigma or related methodology is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of facilitation and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes to identify improvements, efficiency gains, and cost reductions.
• Gather and evaluate data via interviews, observations, and process mapping.
• Recommend practical solutions based on industry best practices and benchmarking.
• Design and implement process improvement initiatives with documentation and training.
• Lead change management to drive adoption and lasting results across teams.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership with clear metrics and recommendations.
• Stay current with emerging methodologies and trends in process optimization.
