Job summary

Continental in Mount Vernon, WA is seeking a PLT Process Engineer to develop and improve processes with focus on stabilization, cost reduction and variance reduction, and to actively participate in Six Sigma and TPM initiatives.

You will drive continuous improvement, monitor trends, support departmental projects, and ensure safety and environmental compliance while collaborating with engineering services.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree in Engineering and legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Kaizen, TQM and TPM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve processes with focus on stabilization, cost reduction and variance reduction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including Six Sigma, Kaizen, TQM and TPM.
• Assist in daily trouble shooting and liaison to engineering services for project work.
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental rules and regulations.
