• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM.
• Strong project management skills with capital project execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to improve operational performance and productivity.
• Lead Lean transformation initiatives and Six Sigma projects to drive process improvements.
• Oversee process engineering activities including process design, optimization, and technology implementation.
• Lead the development and execution of TPM programs and ensure asset reliability.
