Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Materials Science, or equivalent with proven process experience.
• Minimum 3 years in process control or process improvement.
• NEI/Six Sigma Master Black Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Strong initiative, minimal supervision, and ability to coordinate diverse teams.
• Experience with investment casting or similar complex materials processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a yearly Process Control Plan.
• Lead Process Control Steering Committee and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Promote data-based decision making and mentor Green/Black Belt training.
• Support production changes, defect reduction, and continuous improvement.
• Drive supplier process control requirements and monitor key outputs.
