Job summary

Continental is seeking a PLT Process Engineer to develop and improve processes with emphasis on stabilization, cost reduction and variance reduction within the plant. The role focuses on continuous improvement projects, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TQM, and TPM, with active participation in related teams.

The incumbent will monitor performance, drive improvements, and collaborate with engineering services to support departmental initiatives while upholding safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve processes with respect to stabilization, cost reduction and variance reduction.
• Active participation in Six Sigma, Kaizen, TQM, TPM projects.
• Monitor systems to identify trends and anomalies and implement countermeasures.
• Assist in daily troubleshooting and liaise with engineering services for projects.
• Ensure safety, health, and environmental rules are followed.
