Qualifications

• Associates degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology with 3+ years in manufacturing.
• Bachelor in Engineering with 1+ year in manufacturing a plus.
• Master’s degree in Engineering a plus; JR/PhD considered.
• Experience substituting a degree with 6+ years of machining/engineering is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC, lean, and problem solving to drive QCD improvements.
• Analyze performance data to identify drivers of waste and inefficiency.
• Lead cross-functional root-cause analyses and kaizen events.
• Perform time studies, workflow assessments, and labor analyses.
• Develop standard work, controls, and waste-reduction strategies across sites.
• Collaborate with ME teams and plant leadership to align priorities.
