The engineer will partner with operations, quality, design engineering, logistics, and leadership teams to drive continuous improvement at scale and enable standardized best practices across the enterprise. Apply DMAIC, lean principles, and structured problem solving to identify, validate, and execute high impact QCD improvement projects. Analyze operational and business performance data to identify the top drivers of variation, waste, and inefficiency across all Indianapolis facilities. Facilitate cross-functional root cause analysis, kaizen events, and continuous improvement workshops. Conduct time studies, workflow assessments, and labor efficiency analyses to identify improvement opportunities and validate process changes.
