Qualifications

• Pursuing a BA, BS, or BB.A or 2 year MA or MS with graduation date December 2026 or prior.

Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end client lifecycle management from onboarding to account maintenance.
• Process, clear, investigate, and service transactions and tickets responsibly.
• Support document review, data reconciliation, and payment processing; reconcile system differences.
• Analyze reference data to support trading and troubleshoot account processing inquiries.
• Ensure accurate execution of investor tickets and trades; communicate with counterparties.
• Support data analytics and reporting; participate in risk and data governance tasks.
• Identify process gaps; collaborate with Technology to optimize processes and create Tableau dashboards.
• Assist in implementing AI/ML solutions within Business Operations and integrate information for internal clients.
