Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a results-driven professional to plan and execute process-improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma). You will diagram and evaluate processes, lead cross-functional teams, and develop metrics to drive data-informed improvements that close performance gaps.

You will deliver training, build dashboards in Excel and Power BI, and communicate progress while aligning changes with governance and best practices.

Qualifications

• Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives (Lean or Six Sigma).
• Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement and identifies improvement opportunities.
• Leads cross-functional project teams and communicates progress.
• Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes.
• Employees at the highest levels typically have Six Sigma Black Belt or Master certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagrams and evaluates existing processes and identifies performance shortfalls.
• Develops metrics and collects data to identify root causes.
• Delivers presentations and training on measurement, analysis, improvement and control.
• Maintains comprehensive reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
• Facilitates change management for data and process changes.
