Everforth Apex is seeking a hands-on Analytics & Reporting Developer to support a growing reporting backlog within a technology organization. The role focuses on data analysis, Power BI dashboard development, reporting automation, and data validation to deliver accurate, executive-ready insights.

The ideal candidate quickly interprets data from multiple sources, builds impactful dashboards, and ensures deliverable accuracy while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong data analytics experience deriving insights from complex datasets.
• Advanced Power BI development including data modelling and visualization.
• Experience delivering operational KPI and executive‑level reporting.
• Strong data validation and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate findings and present stakeholder‑ready reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Analyze and combine data from sources including Jira, Rally, Clarity, Excel, and internal systems.
• Create operational, capacity, resource, and performance reporting.
• Build executive‑level KPI dashboards and metrics.
• Validate data and reporting outputs to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Automate and streamline recurring reporting processes.
• Support ad hoc reporting and analytics requests.
