Guidehouse Inc. is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Consultant to support CBP's ACE Modernization Program from McLean, VA. The role involves program management, stakeholder engagements, and documenting business needs and future-state processes.

You will develop process maps, SOPs, and governance materials while helping to drive automation opportunities across the solution lifecycle. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree, at least three years in business process improvement or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Three years of experience in business process improvement or management consulting.
• Active and maintained CBP Public Trust clearance.

Responsabilités

• Support CBP's ACE Modernization Program through program management, stakeholder engagement, requirements development, and communications support.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions to document business needs and opportunities.
• Analyze current-state processes, workflows, roles, and pain points; design future-state processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Develop process maps, swimlane diagrams, and other process documentation artifacts.
• Create SOPs, job aids, templates, and governance documentation; support change management and adoption activities.
