Guidehouse is seeking a senior PMO lead in the McLean area to drive PMO support for the ACE Modernization program. You will coordinate requirements, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, and governance across CBP and partner teams.

The role emphasizes driving process automation, ensuring PMO standards, and delivering cohesive multi‑workstream execution with visibility into funding and resources. Federal/public trust experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years leading federals PMO or modernization programs.
• Experience in requirements development and facilitation.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder engagement across groups.
• Familiarity with federal budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Strong communication for executive briefings and reporting.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and drive cohesive delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team delivering PMO support for ACE modernization.
• Oversee requirements intake, refinement, prioritization and traceability.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across CBP and partner orgs.
• Manage portfolio planning and roadmap development aligning scope and funding.
• Guide budget planning, forecasting, and resource alignment.
• Drive process automation to streamline workflows and transparency.
• Ensure PMO standards, documentation quality, and cross-workstream execution.
• Support ACE governance forums and cross‑program coordination.
• Manage project budgets and track spend against staffing and timelines.
• Lead budget tracking, variance analysis, and leadership reporting.
• Coordinate financial forecasting cycles and funding allocations.
• Surface risks and opportunities early with visibility into resources.
