Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a driven business analyst/program manager to support CBP's ACE Modernization program. You will lead stakeholder engagement, elicit requirements, map current and future processes, and develop SOPs and templates to drive automation and efficiency.

You will collaborate with developers and solution teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements, participate in UAT, and help manage change and communications.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED CBP PUBLIC TRUST
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Three years minimum experience in business analysis or related fields

Responsibilities

• Support CBP's ACE Modernization Program through program management, stakeholder engagement, requirements development, and communications support.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions to document business needs and process improvements.
• Analyze current-state processes, workflows, roles and pain points; design future-state processes for efficiency and user experience.
• Develop process maps, swimlane diagrams, SOPs, templates, and supporting documentation.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for automation solutions.
• Collaborate with developers and solution teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Support UAT, validation activities, and stakeholder feedback sessions.
• Develop executive-level presentations and decision-support materials.
• Assist with change management and adoption activities for process improvements.
