Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Business Process Analyst to lead or support teams in applying process improvement and transformation methodologies across financial and operations management functions. You will assess process performance, map dependencies, and guide requirements gathering through interviews and workshops.

The role requires 3+ years in process improvement, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to obtain CBP Public Trust.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in business process improvement, reengineering, modernization, or transformation.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a CBP PUBLIC TRUST; candidates must obtain approval prior to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support teams of analysts applying process improvement, reengineering, modernization, and transformation methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness across financial and operations management functions.
• Assess process performance in complex environments and map relationships between financial, staffing, support, and operational processes.
• Coordinate across multiple project teams to support enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts and facilitate management meetings to define measurable goals and performance metrics.
