Responsibilities

• Document current-state processes, workflows, roles and pain points.
• Design future-state processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Develop process maps, SOPs, templates, and supporting documentation.
• Elicit, analyze, and translate business requirements for automation.
• Support UAT, testing, and stakeholder feedback sessions.
• Create executive-level presentations and decision-support materials.
