L’Oréal Operations in Clark, NJ seeks a Manager, Process Expert to lead CM process development and validation for new product launches. You will guide contract manufacturers, manage technical dossiers, and drive continuous quality improvements across production steps.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in process development, strong Excel and leadership skills, and familiarity with ISO/GMP standards; US work authorization is required, with travel 30%+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering; Chemical Engineering preferred.
• 4+ years in pilot/bulk lab or process development.
• Experience in fast-paced consumer goods; cosmetics/personal care preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and GMP standards; OTC requirements in cosmetics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage technical dossiers for CM production costing.
• Review CM bulk processes and bulk BOMs, and lead risk assessments.
• Train contract manufacturers on processes and requirements.
• Provide technical support for new launches and CM transfers.
• Manage quality waivers, CAPAs, and change control for CM.
• Support audits, continuous improvement, and process validation.
