Job summary

L’Oréal USA, Inc. is seeking a Director for Analytical Stability & Innovation in Clark, NJ. Lead end-to-end stability programs and steer the Analytical Innovation & Expertise team to deliver robust, compliant, data-driven insights for OTC and beauty portfolios.

You will drive predictive analytics, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and champion capability building while ensuring regulatory compliance and on-site leadership in a GMP/OTC environment.

Qualifications

• PhD required in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7+ years in analytical chemistry supporting OTC and/or stability programs.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end stability programs in GMP/OTC.
• Strong knowledge in statistics, predictive analytics, and data visualization.
• Regulatory knowledge of FDA, Health Canada, ICH guidelines.
• Experience with CROs and external vendors.
• Experience managing direct reports in a laboratory.
• Experience with chromatography and MS-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end stability programs across OTC and cosmetics.
• Drive digital & predictive analytical transformation.
• Serve as SME for analytical methodologies and audits.
• Lead and upskill Analytical Innovation & Expertise team (7 direct reports).
• Partner with metiers, process development, formulation, manufacturing, QA, and regulatory teams.
• Oversee CROs and external vendors.
• Develop and transfer methods with regulatory compliance.
