Responsibilities

• Process Development & Scale-Up: perform bench and pilot batch activities to ensure seamless scale-up and robust product performance.
• Technical Troubleshooting: propose solution to solve chemical and process operations challenges.
• Quality & Compliance: Maintain accurate quality assurance documentation and adhere to safe hazardous waste disposal procedures.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Pilot Teams, Process Experts, Quality, Development, Packaging, and R&I.
