You will lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while integrating market insights into formulation strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related discipline.
• 5–7+ years of hands-on formulation research experience.
• Experience in R&D and delivering robust, innovative products.

Responsibilities

• Develop skincare products across diverse galenic forms with high-performing textures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional R&I teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure design, milestones, and compliance.
• Design and implement research and testing strategies with a global network of researchers.
• Own multiple projects with timelines, prioritizing deliverables in a fast-moving pipeline.
• Build cross-functional relationships to align formulation decisions with organizational priorities.
• Integrate market trends and consumer insights into formulation strategy at scale.
