Job summary

TAS Energy, a Houston-headquartered company, seeks a Process Improvement Specialist to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity across business processes. You will map processes, analyze data, and guide cross-functional teams to implement improvements that reduce waste and boost performance.

You will develop SOPs, train SMEs, and help deploy an enterprise-wide improvement program while ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in process improvement, business process reengineering, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or TQM methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current processes.
  • Assemble, create and maintain detailed process maps.
  • Conduct a gap analysis and recommend changes.
  • Use data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
  • Build cross-functional teams to address end-to-end analyses.
  • Develop TAS process-map standard.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Create SOPs and work instructions.
  • Optimize workflows and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist in implementing an enterprise-wide Process Improvement program.
  • Develop training modules and materials for specific processes.
  • Conduct interactive training sessions and workshops.
  • Identify SMEs to assist in implementation and foster improvement ideas.
  • Train and assess employee performance; update training materials as needed.
  • Monitor impact of process changes and develop metrics/dashboards.
