Job summary

Qualifications

• Work authorization to operate in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• Experience in operational excellence, business process management, or continuous improvement preferred.
• Experience developing and evaluating KPIs, process maps, SOPs, and process improvements.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned with goals.
• Design, develop, and deploy new or improved processes across the Service Unit.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost.
• Lead deployment of Leadership Standard Work, Daily Management, and KPI reporting.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-based solutions, to boost productivity and quality.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations and guidelines.
