Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience required.
• 3+ years in Process Management, Risk Management, or Business Analysis.
• 2+ years in Project management.
• 1+ year using Google AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex operational initiatives across process improvement, reporting, analytics and scalable solutions.
• Partner with operational teams to translate needs into actionable recommendations.
• Leverage data and stakeholder input to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Determine suitable solutions: process improvements, dashboards, tools, automation or AI-enabled capabilities.
• Develop reusable, scalable solutions reducing manual effort and aligning with business needs.
• Support reporting, metrics, dashboards, and analytical capabilities for better decisions.
• Collaborate across Process Management, Project Management, Data Analytics, Technology and Risk.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify practical applications.
• Establish governance and controls to ensure sustainment of solutions.
• Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and influence senior leaders.
• Communicate complex information clearly with progress, risks, and outcomes.
