• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex operational initiatives spanning process improvement, reporting and insights, technology enablement, and scalable solutions.
• Partner with operational teams to translate business needs into actionable recommendations and practical solutions.
• Leverage data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve operational effectiveness.
• Develop reusable and scalable solutions to reduce manual effort and improve consistency across teams.
