Capital One is seeking a Principal Process Manager (Auto) to lead and own process improvements, deliver analytics to senior leadership, and drive risk mitigation. Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite.
At least 1 year of Process Management experience.
At least 1 year of internal audit or regulatory exam experience.
At least 1 year of experience working with Compliance and Risk Management.

Responsibilities

Leading and owning oversight of smaller process improvement work and collaborating with teammates on larger initiatives.
Collecting data and information, using analytics and reporting to provide transparency to senior leadership and executives.
Leading risk management assessments and driving accurate audit or exam responses.
Identify and implement process improvements driving issue resolution and risk mitigation activities.
Understanding customers' needs of the process and driving process improvements.
Developing and maintaining formal process documentation including creation or updating procedures.
Acting as a subject matter expert to effectively partner with project customers to achieve desired outcome or improvement by clarifying needs and providing appropriate solutions.
May lead a team and direct others on projects.
