Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement or operations.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is required.
• Experience applying SIPOC, value stream mapping and process mapping.
• Strong problem solving, analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in a matrixed organization with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to facilitate Kaizen/RIEs or workshops and drive follow-through.
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.

• Support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the organization.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies and facilitate improvement events.
• Partner with stakeholders to analyze, redesign, and enhance business processes.
• Capture outputs and help drive follow-through on actions.
