Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Manager, Business Consultant to lead process improvement and operational excellence across the organization. You will apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, facilitate improvement events, and partner with stakeholders to analyze, redesign, and enhance business processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, strong data analysis skills, and proficient use of Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business consulting, professional improvement, operations, or related roles.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (required).
• Demonstrated hands-on application of Lean / Six Sigma tools to support process improvement initiatives.
• Process Improvement & Mapping.
• Experience supporting or leading process improvement efforts within a business or operational function.
• Proficiency in process mapping (e.g., SIPOC, swimlane diagrams, Value Stream Mapping).
• Ability to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Event Facilitation and experience leading Kaizen events, RIEs, or workshops.
• Ability to support structured sessions, capture outputs, and drive follow-through on actions.
• Problem Solving & Analytics with knowledge of DMAIC or similar methodologies.
• Ability to analyze data, track metrics, and support insights-driven recommendations.
• Experience working in a matrixed environment and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate findings clearly to business partners.
• Exposure to change management practices.
