Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement or consulting.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (required).
• Experience applying Lean/Six Sigma tools to drive improvements.
• Proficiency in process mapping (SIPOC, swimlane diagrams, Value Stream Mapping).
• Ability to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and recommend changes.
• Experience facilitating Kaizen events, Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs), or workshops.
• Strong analytics to track metrics and drive insights.
• Proficient with Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
