CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Manager, Business Consultant to drive process improvement and operational excellence across the organization. You will apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, facilitate improvement events, and partner with stakeholders to analyze, redesign, and enhance critical business processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in process improvement or consulting, and proficient use of Excel/Power BI for data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement or consulting.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (required).
• Demonstrated hands-on application of Lean/Six Sigma tools to support process improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in process mapping (e.g., SIPOC, swimlane diagrams, Value Stream Mapping).
• Ability to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Event facilitation and experience with Kaizen/RIE workshops.
