Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• 3+ years of leadership/management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with MES, industrial automation, PLCs, and manufacturing tech.
• Experience overseeing vehicle launch projects for Hyundai/Kia.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Process Engineering team and set departmental goals.
• Drive process optimization, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Champion continuous improvement focusing on safety, quality, and cost.
• Maintain standardized work practices across shifts and areas.
• Provide capacity and labor planning to meet production demands.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams.
