Hyundai Mobis' Mobis South Carolina Electrified Powertrain (MSCe) seeks a Production Management Manager to oversee end-to-end production control, including planning, material control, inventory, logistics, procurement coordination, and customs compliance. The role aligns demand, schedules, supplier performance, and material availability to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field
• 8+ years in automotive manufacturing, production planning and material control, with at least 3 years in leadership
• Strong knowledge of ERP (SAP preferred) and MES systems
• Experience working with OEMs and managing engineering changes (EO/ECN)
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end production planning and control activities from demand to delivery
• Manage BOM, engineering changes, and master data governance in ERP/MES
• Lead KPI and cost management, supplier performance, and inventory optimization
• Coordinate procurement planning, logistics, customs compliance, and supplier governance
• Drive ERP system enhancements and integration with MPIMS/MPOS
• Support CKD/Local Procurement operations and warehouse optimization
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade requirements
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics and Suppliers
