Zusammenfassung

MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead the Process Engineering department, driving safety, efficiency, and cost effectiveness across production processes. You will guide continuous improvement, capacity planning, and engineering development, partnering with Quality, Maintenance, and Production to meet business goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering with 7+ years of manufacturing/process engineering experience and at least 3

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
7+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
3+ years of leadership/management experience in manufacturing.
Experience with MES, PLCs, and manufacturing tech.
Experience managing new vehicle launch projects (Hyundai/Kia).

Aufgaben

Lead and develop the Process Engineering team and set performance expectations.
Drive optimization to maximize efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
Oversee capacity planning, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Materials, and Maintenance.
