Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS Parts America is seeking a Manager, Process & Planning to lead and optimize PDC planning processes at our Columbus facility. You will drive continuous improvement, manage data-driven planning, and coordinate cross-functional activities with HQ and other PDCs.

The role requires 5–7 years in planning, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and hands-on experience with MPR/MPR2, JIT, kanban, and SQL/Access data tools. Exempt position with strong leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5-7 years of related planning experience.
• Experience with MPR/MPR2, JIT reporting, line side, kanban required.
• Prior project management experience required.
• Strong planning process flow management experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage PDC planning activities; drive CI across the organization; utilize AMOS and WOS.
• Update monthly results, KPI reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis.
• Support leadership and coordinators in CIP programs; plan value-added projects and processes.
• Coordinate cross-PDC metrics for cost, quality, and customer satisfaction; collaborate with HQ.
• Develop and maintain MPA Planning culture; drive planning methodology in labor areas.
• Maintain neat, clean, safe work areas and ensure timely reporting of results.
