Qualifications

• Masters degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 1+ years equivalent experience accepted.
• 7+ years of production maintenance engineering in automotive.
• Hands-on Siemens PLC programming and diagnostics.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and mechanical systems.
• AutoCAD and SAP in maintenance tasks.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain engineering documents such as Work Standards, Control Plans, PFMEA, Work Instructions.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure efficient operation of equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems and develop maintenance plans to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with production teams, management, and suppliers to meet organizational goals.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and hazards mitigated.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, schematics, and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills.
