Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related engineering field.
• GPA 3.5 or higher reflective of coursework.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute engineering projects of low to medium complexity.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and throughput.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support process validation activities and develop validation protocols.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
• Analyze manufacturing data and recommend improvements to reduce waste.
