You will help with project execution, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, and collaboration across manufacturing, quality, and engineering to meet operational goals. Training and hands-on experience are provided.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline related to manufacturing.
• Freshman year completed and graduation after December 2027 required.
• GPA 2.8 or higher and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering projects and programs of low to medium complexity.
• Assist process optimization to improve output and waste reduction.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for productivity gains.
• Participate in NC Quality Action activities from start to finish.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to meet objectives.
• Coordinate communications between site personnel and suppliers.
• Assist with validation development, execution, and documentation.
• Follow GMP, ISO standards and company SOPs.
