Qualifications

• Support manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization and data analysis.
• Assist in validation activities and develop validation protocols.
• Support non-conformance quality actions from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
• Analyze manufacturing data and suggest improvements to reduce waste and downtime.
• Contribute to Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement projects.
• Coordinate communications between Ethicon San Lorenzo and equipment vendors.
