Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited engineering program with two years completed.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s in an engineering field as listed.
• Preferred prior internship or co-op experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support projects to improve process efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
• Assist with project execution using FPX, Lean, and Six Sigma.
• Participate in testing, validation, and documentation for products and processes.
• Maintain technical and operational documentation.
• Analyze data and prepare progress reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvements.
• Contribute to development of new products, processes, or testing methods.
• Support compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
• Communicate updates to leadership as appropriate.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
