Job summary

You will assist with optimization, root cause analysis, NC quality actions, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, quality, and engineering.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline; freshman year completed.
• GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; team collaboration.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering projects of low to medium complexity.
• Assist with process optimization to improve output and efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
• Participate in Non-Conformance quality action activities from start to finish.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to meet objectives.
