Job summary

BCT LLC is seeking experienced Process Engineers to apply process improvement (PI) and engineering methodologies across enterprise-level processes. The role coordinates transfer of new processes, facilitates project teams, and acts as a key coordinator for enterprise-wide integration of engineering efforts.

Level 1-3 capabilities expand to lead PI efforts using CMM/CMMI or lean six sigma and to provide technical leadership while ensuring documentation and institutionalization of best practices

Qualifications

• Five (5) years' experience with Process Improvement on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Experience in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation within the past five (5) years.
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or education from an accredited college or university is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop the plans for process assessments, both informal and formal.
• Lead assessment teams in conducting formal and informal assessments.
• Analyze assessment results and make improvement recommendations.
• Assist in defining Process Improvement strategy and lessons learned.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for Process Improvement activities.
