Job summary

BCT LLC is seeking Level II and Level III Process Engineers to join our team in Maryland. Candidates must have an active TS/SCI with POLY and support process management, design, and reviews for enterprise systems.

Responsibilities include improving enterprise processes, facilitating teams, and transferring new practices to project teams across multiple groups.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years' experience with Process Improvement on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Within the past ten (10) years, five (5) years’ experience in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, process engineering across all phases of acquisition identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or education from an accredited college or university is required.
• Fifteen (15) years' experience is required for Level III. Within the past ten (10) years, five (5) years’ experience in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, process engineering across all phases of acquisition identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices.
• Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

About the job

Required Education

A Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or education from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Salary Range

Level II $139,000 - $199,000

Level III $204,000 - $291,000

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, BCT-LLC considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
