Job summary

BCT LLC is seeking Level II and Level III Process Engineers to join our team in Maryland. An active TS/SCI with POLY is preferred and you will support System Engineers with process management, design, and reviews.

Level II requires extensive experience in process improvement and facilitation; Level III requires 15 years and offers salary ranges up to $291,000 annually. Our compensation reflects experience, education, and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Ten years' experience with Process Improvement on programs and contracts (Level II).
• Five years of facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, process engineering and related activities.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or education from an accredited college or university.
• Fifteen years' experience (Level III) with similar criteria; four years may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Apply process improvement, engineering methodologies, and principles to enterprise-level processes.
• Facilitate project teams to accomplish project activities and objectives.
• Coordinate transfer of new processes to project teams via facilitation, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Act as key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of engineering efforts.
