Ideal candidates will have 15 years of experience with at least 5 years in facilitation and training, along with an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

We are the prime contractor for a program delivering technical solutions using emerging technologies such as commercial cloud, high‑performance computing, and enterprise architecture. This program supports mission‑critical work for the National Security of the United States and has high strategic importance. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
Apply process improvement (PI), engineering methodologies, and principles to effectively enhance and align enterprise‑level processes. Facilitate project teams in accomplishing project activities and objectives. Coordinate the transfer of new processes and practices to project teams by providing group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional knowledge‑transfer activities. Act as a key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise‑wide integration of engineering efforts.
