Our client, a North American leader in custom plastic extrusion and a processor of high-performance polymers, is seeking a Process Engineer – Plastics Extrusion to join their growing team in Morrisville, PA!
As the sole engineer at this location, you’ll collaborate with engineers across 14 other facilities while working closely with the on-site Morrisville team in Manufacturing, QC, Materials, and Sales to drive process improvements, implement lean manufacturing practices, reduce plastic waste, and develop new extrusion tooling to enhance efficiency and quality.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone with plastics experience (through work or education), CAD skills, and a problem-solving mindset. You’ll lead tooling design and development, oversee first-article production, and refine manufacturing processes while applying lean principles to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce waste.
