Olin is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our Independence, Missouri team. This role focuses on developing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a strong eye for detail.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Engineering (mechanical preferred) with at least 3 years of related manufacturing experience. Travel is limited, and relocation may be available for local candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; mechanical engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience; manufacturing preferred.
• Cold heading experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical and machinery knowledge.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time.
• Strong prioritization and teamwork skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• U.S. driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new and existing manufacturing processes to improve productivity.
• Collect and analyze data to identify improvements and implement solutions.
• Ensure processes meet quality standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with production, quality control, and maintenance teams.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement solutions.
