Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering; mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
PMP certification preferred.
Solid mechanical/machinery knowledge.
Must possess a valid US driver’s license.
Some travel may be required: less than 5%.
US citizen required for site access.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with goals and technical requirements.
Assist in designing, upgrading, modifying, and procuring machinery and production equipment to improve efficiency, safety, and reliability.
Participate in site visits, inspections, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve machinery-related issues, reducing downtime.
Collaborate with teams to optimize production processes and ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
Prepare technical reports, project documentation, cost estimates, and progress updates.
